2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address and accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login details with third parties or allow others to access your account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Services
SosialMediam provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics for various social media platforms. All services are delivered electronically and processed automatically through our system. Results may vary depending on content quality, platform algorithms, and other external factors. We do not guarantee that the engagement provided will be permanent, as social media platforms may remove or reduce engagement due to their own policies and algorithm updates.
4. Orders & Delivery
All orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or modified after submission. Please carefully verify all order details, including the social media link and quantity, before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect links, private accounts, or wrong quantities. Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Your social media account must be set to public during the entire delivery period. We reserve the right to change the service type if necessary to fulfill an order.
5. Pricing
Our prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order is the final price for that specific order. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for. We strive to maintain competitive pricing, but reserve the right to adjust rates based on market conditions and service provider costs.
6. Payments
Payments can be made through the payment methods available on our platform. All deposits are added to your account balance and can be used to place orders. We do not store your credit card or bank card details on our servers. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension. Any promotional or bonus balance added to your account is non-transferable and subject to our usage policies.
7. Refunds
Refunds are only provided for orders that have failed and could not be processed by our system. Partially delivered orders may qualify for a partial refund at our sole discretion, calculated based on the undelivered portion. No refunds will be issued for completed orders, even if social media platforms later remove some of the delivered engagement. Promotional balance, bonus credits, and referral bonuses are excluded from any refund calculations. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. This includes but is not limited to: ordering services for accounts containing pornographic, violent, or illegal content; using our platform for fraudulent activities or deceptive purposes; attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with our systems or servers; using automated tools or bots to interact with our platform without authorization; ordering services for political propaganda or hate speech content; and reselling our services without prior written approval. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or use our services in a manner that we deem harmful to our platform or other users. In the event of termination due to a violation, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the SosialMediam website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design elements, and software, is the property of SosialMediam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
SosialMediam is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against your account as a result of using our services. We do not guarantee permanent results, as social media platforms may remove engagement at their discretion due to algorithm changes or policy enforcement. Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Use our services at your own risk and discretion.
12. Service Availability
We strive to maintain our platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or social media platform changes. We shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being published on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
